I look forward to reading your posts, Ailsa. I just found you today as a result of my genealogy research, would you believe! I was looking into my Francis family background and discovered the fascinating information online about your father, Jack Francis. What an interesting man! Jack was my 2nd cousin 2x removed (whatever that means) which makes you my 3rd cousin 1x removed. I am 73, love gardening, and have wonky knees. So we must be related - lol. I too have written blog posts at times over the years and I seem to always find an excuse to write. So perhaps I will be inspired by you to start up again. I'm off to read more of your posts. Here's to 2021 and new beginnings! Ruth Anne
Ruth Anne! 3rd cousin, once removed!!! LOL!! So great that we connected in this way :c) I have also been spending a fair amount of time on ancestry dot com and I know how easy it is to get lost on there! So happy that you've found your way here as well. I'm so excited to start this new chapter and look forward to the continued conversations with everyone reading. And if it inspires you to write more as well, well, that's wonderful! See you again.
Congratulations, Alisa. We are all getting to an age where reflection and the past are "Cherished Memories". Here is to 2021 and new dreams!
Hi Penelope! You're my first comment! Yay! So glad you came along and looking forward to the continued conversation and a much brighter 2021 :c)
